INGREDIENTS/ 1/2 # Egg Whites, Beat until a soft peak, 4oz cornstarch,4oz A.P. Flour , 2 eggs .75 tbsp Soy Sauce, .75 Rice Vinegar 1/3 cup Water and Salt and pepper to taste. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Dip vegetables in batter. For deep frying use a wok or you can use a portable fryer which I also have outside on my deck. Some vegetables will need to be blanched . My choice of vegetable Green Beans with a spicy Sweet Chilli dipping sauce.
