HOME MADE CROUTON
You should never buy store brought crouton, when you can make your from scratch. This easy recipe I learn while attending Le Cordon Bleu . INGREDIENTS/ Bread, Tarragon, Basil, Butter,Garlic power Onion Powder and Oregano. You can use any bread for your crouton, I like Lakeland TEXAS TOAST. Cut your bread into median size cube Your Tarragon and Basil should be equal but use fresh 1tsp Garlic powder 1tsp Onion powder and 1 tsp Oregano mix all and sprinkle over your dice bread cube. Melt about 2 tbsp butter and pour over the Bread. On sheet tray spread out your crouton and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
