Coconut Pineapple Slaw

INGREDIENTS/ 3 cups cabbage, finely grated, 1 cup shredded coconut, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 cup pineapple juice, 1 tsp salt and 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained. To add some color just julienne cut one red bell pepper. Put cabbage into a serving bowl. Combine all the other ingredients, mix well and pour over the cabbage. Cover the bowl and chill.
